Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you open a page, the web server processes technical data that your browser sends automatically: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site and to keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The host stores these log files for a limited period and then deletes them.
If you write to us — for example to request early access — we use your address and message only to answer you (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR) and delete the correspondence when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply.
Cookies and tracking
None. Nothing is stored on your device, and no data is passed to advertising or analytics services.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise them, write to contact@rymvard.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany).
